Nike Davies-Okundaye was born in Ogidi-Ijumu, Kogi State, Nigeria. She is from a family of craftsmen, and so since a young age Nike was nurtured into art. Lagos insta feature

Scrolling through my insta-stories features, I witnessed a special effect called ‘Lagos’ it is amongst other effects named after famous cities and capitals, such as Melbourne, Abu Dabi, Tokyo and Newyork. Instagram has over 1 Billion downloads and millions of activer users, so it amazing to see Lagos be put on the map in such a public way, as a modern way to diversify and incorporate the feel of Lagos in pictures and videos. The atmosphere of Lagos Nigeria is inspiring the masses and major companies such as Instagram; they want to give a taste of the city and recognise it as the new hot spot for peole to desire to vacate to. The feel of the Lagos feature in pictures and videos is very vintage; it has a grey undertone reminding people of the sand and chaos of the motor bikes, and the hot cars. Davido Shuts Down Wireless Festival

Davido performed at one of Britains largest festivals, bringing out Chioma, Mayorkun, and his exotic dancers. He was on the Mainstage of the Wireless Festival on Saturday 7th July 2018 for 30 minutes, with famous Dj TimWestwood cheering him on behind the set. The crowd sang his songs back to back, knowing all the words, some fans wanted to leap over the fence to be near the Nigerian artist.  Moreover, Davido was super brave, jumping around the stage, regardless of the gaps on the floor, that was used for stage movement. After his amazing performance in busy London, he got much praise by all ethnicities, one fan said his performance was iconic.
